Her research focuses on advancing healthcare and academic equity as well as stakeholder involvement in the development of relevant curriculum.

Congrats to faculty members on being awarded a 5-year, $1.2M grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for their “From High School to Health Care: Lab and Data Science Pathways for Success" program. This project will educate rural Tennessee high school students about careers in clinical laboratory science and public health information technology. This project is funded by a Science Education Partnership Award (SEPA) from the National Institutes of General Medical Sciences at the NIH.

You can donate supplies at several building on campus now through August 10. Don't have time to shop? Monetary donations will also be accepted on August 3 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm in the Madison Plaza Lobby. Help us spread the word!
