Before we dismissed school today, one of my students sporadically said to me, “Mr. Jamison when the trumpet sounds I’m not going to have a chance to have a relationship with God so that’s why I read my bible.”
Yall this really blessed me! Out of the mouth of an 8 year old! Parents keep taking your kids to church and keep speaking life into them. These kids are paying attention and God is speaking through them. She gets it! She also reads her bible before class every day and at dismissal time. While teaching her a lesson today, she actually taught me a lesson. Get closer to God.
