Meet our next resident spotlight for Dr. Akunna Elonu! From Ross University SOM! The H-Town Hero, Basketball queen, and Nigerian native 🇳🇬‼️‼️‼️ She is a shining star in Memphis and we and her patients are so thankful to have her!! “Ayeeee Houston!!!”

We're starting off this week of with our fabulous interns, starting with Dr. Tobi Adedokun, joining us from UCSF School of Medicine!

We had our winter switch party last night and we are beyond excited to announce our 2024-2025 Med Peds Chiefs: Chloe Hundman, Brittany Brown, and Paige Seabrook! Also, our very own Dr. Wells was named GME Program Director of the year!

Holiday cheer from the hospital! 🎄 Just because we're working on Christmas doesn't mean we can't be ✨festive✨.

Plus we know if we work Christmas, it means we get New Years off (and vice versa) no matter if we're on the peds side or medicine side! 🎉 But it's alright if you're a little bit of a Grinch about having to work today, we get it 😉

Alyse Minton! She hails from Washington, Louisiana and went to med school at LSU Health Shreveport (geaux tigers 🐯)!
Her favorite rotation so far was
Regional One wards and her favorite thing about UT is med-peds presence here 🎉🎉 “There is always someone around that knows what you're going through!” Last but not least, her favorite thing about Memphis is that there's always a festival or event happening, you just have to look for it! 🌺🎨Alyse is interested hospital medicine, primary care, or maybe a little bit of both 👏🏽👏🏽
