UPDATE!!!! After posting the results of $2500 raised for the November charity drive, a group that wished to remain anonymous was inspired to match the contribution! When all was said and done they donated an additional $2641 to the cause.

In total we were able to provide $5141 to help feed kids around memphis. In a time when food assistance got tight you guys really stepped up and smashed it out of the park.

I'm honored to own a gym that so many decent people train at. In addition, I had a lot family and friends who chipped in as well, so thank you for helping me!

Anyone who wants to come be a part of what we do is welcome! We have kids classes, adults classes, women's classes. There is something for everyone to come hitch a wagon to, and become a part of something. I'll also teach you how to throw down when necessary ;)
