Please support Youth Mental Health Canada so that we can provide youth mental health initiatives to communities across Canada. Donate here or on our website.

These are ways to support the positive mental health of all children; however there are parents who do all of these and much more and the child has serious mental health challenges/disabilities that are chronic.
We must find ways to support these parents and stop the insidious ways that society blames and judges these parents. We understand "let's talk" means let's support people with mental health disabilities. We don't include our support to the very important people who support the lives, health and education of young people: parents, especially mothers.
Please encourage your friends, family, coworkers, school staff and others to like our page, support Youth Mental Health Canada and donate to YMHC so that we can participate in meaningful youth mental health change activities.
