This afternoon we surprised our teachers and staff with snow cones, because nobody works harder in the heat than the people walking our Cardinals in and out every single day.

We can't espresso how much we love our McKillop staff! ☕
This morning, we had the pleasure of partnering with George's Coffee to treat our teachers and staff to a little something special for their first full week of school. From the moment they walked in, George's made the whole experience seamless, and our staff deserved every sip.
We love spoiling the incredible people who show up every day for our Cardinals! ❤️

It's the First Friday of the year, and we couldn't let it pass without celebrating the incredible staff at Harry McKillop Elementary! 🎉

Our teachers and staff have been working tirelessly all week. From setting up their classrooms to welcoming every single Cardinal through the doors for the first time. We see you, and we appreciate everything you do.

A huge shoutout to the team at Sonic for making this so seamless. Everything was prepped, labeled, and ready to go. It made delivering a little love to our staff that much sweeter! ❤️

What a fun afternoon at Chalk the Walk!

Thank you to everyone who came out today to help fill our sidewalks with colorful messages, creativity, encouragement, and plenty of Cardinal spirit! We loved seeing our students and families leave a little extra joy around campus as we get ready for the school year ahead.

And a huge thank you to Hawaii Five-Sno for coming out and helping us celebrate with a sweet way to cool off!

We hope all of these cheerful messages put a smile on our students’ and staff’s faces as they walk into school. Here’s to a GREAT year to be a Cardinal!

🎨❤️ Help Us Chalk the Walk! ❤️🎨

Join us as we kick off the school year by covering the sidewalks at HME with encouraging messages for our students, teachers, and staff! Whether it’s a kind word, a fun drawing, or a cheerful “You’ve got this!”, every message will help create a warm welcome for the first day of school.

✨ Sidewalk chalk will be provided, so just bring your family, your creativity, and your school spirit! Stop by anytime during the event and help us fill HME with kindness and encouragement.

🍧 We’re also excited to have Five-Sno joining us with delicious snow cones available for purchase while you chalk!

We can’t wait to see our HME families and make this a fun new back-to-school tradition. ❤️🖤 Go Cardinals!
