☀️Melissa ISD offices follow a modified schedule during the summer break from school. The standard summer office hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with all offices closed on Fridays. Across the district, summer office hours take effect Monday, June 1, and normal office hours resume Monday, Aug. 3. For Melissa High School only, the last day of school is Thursday, May 21, with early release and the Class of 2026 Graduation Commencement that evening. For all other campuses, the last day of school is Friday, May 22, with early release.

What a great week for our teachers at SGC and thank you to all who made our teachers feel appreciated! Thank you PTO for our soda bar, and 90's snack bar. Thank you ADT Therapy dogs for bringing comfort to our staff. Thank you to our librarian Mrs. Mathieson and our STCO teacher Mrs. McGee for supplying Jeremiah Ice and breakfast from Rudy's. The teachers also enjoyed a scavenger hunt around the campus to win some cool prizes.

Applications are open for eligible students in Kindergarten through 12th grade at campuses with available capacity and are processed on a rolling, first-come, first-served basis. Students entering 11th grade may also separately apply for the Melissa High School International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme.
