🍎 Back-to-School Reminder!
Students entering Kindergarten, 7th, and 12th grade must be up to date on required immunizations by the first day of school.
What’s Required:
✏️ Kindergarten – DTap, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, and Polio
✏️ 7th Grade – Tdap, Meningitis ACWY, HPV
✏️ 12th Grade – Meningitis ACWY

✅Already have everything? Bring your student’s records to their school anytime between now and the first day of school.

💉 Need vaccines? Please contact your primary care provider, your nearest Eastern Shore Rural Health Center, or the Accomack County Health Department.

👉Our office hours from June 22nd through August 7th will be Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, and we will be closed on Fridays!
