New Year 2026!

Happy New Year to Everyone! We thank you for all the cards, treats and gifts. We are so fortunate to have such wonderful parents and students.

As we begin the New Year, we focus on the progress our students are making. Music Education gives many skills for successful learning in many different areas.

We will continue with our goals of sight reading, interval recognition and scales. Our music theory programs will continue for each level of music ability. Learning interval recognition helps to move along sight reading. It is not necessary to name each note when playing an instrument. Music flows with interval recognition.

Our mini-Christmas recitals were enjoyed by everyone. This gives our students a chance to play a favorite piece for a small audience.

We have the date for our formal recital. It will be Saturday, February 28 at the Springs of Suntree Club house. Please remember that this recital requires dress-up clothes, no shorts or T-shirts. We will send out more information when the details are all arranged. Sign-ups for your choice of time will be done online.

Please contact your teacher if you have any questions or suggestions for us to do better. We always appreciate your suggestions.

As we celebrate independence Day, we wanted to remind you that we will be closed on Friday July 4th. We wish you a relaxing holiday with family and friends, and we can't wait to welcome you back on Saturday July 5th for our regular scheduled lessons. Happy 4th of July!

As we look forward to the upcoming spring season, we want to remind you that the Creative Music Art & Learning Center will remain open for our regular scheduled lessons during Spring Break from March 14th to March 21st, 2025, allowing our students to continue their musical journey without interruption. We want to wish all of our students a safe and joyful break!

We are looking forward to our Spring Recital on March 1st 2025 at the Springs of Suntree Clubhouse. We will have students performing all day from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M.

Wonderful recitals today!

Mini Recitals
We will be having mini recitals December 15-21 during each student’s lesson. Please plan on attending the first 10 minutes of your child’s lesson on those lesson days. Students will play for parents and each other the first 10 minutes of each time slot. Any favorite piece may be played or sung. The remaining 20 minutes will be spent in the lesson.

We will be closed for Holiday Break from Friday, December 22, thru Wednesday, January 3,
