What a FIRST CLASS way to wrap up Staff Appreciation Week at Sabal Elementary!

Thursday, Ms. Hobson delivered “Room Service” to our VIP staff members with snacks and treats around campus. Staff also had a blast playing bingo together as part of our week of fun and appreciation!

Today Ms. Hobson fired up the grill for burgers and hot dogs for everyone! We also wrapped up our Staff Appreciation Scrabble Game and announced our winners! 🎉 Thank you to every staff member who participated and helped make this week so much fun.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped celebrate our amazing staff all week long. Our Sabal family truly is the best — Four Houses, One Family! ❤️💙💚🖤

Fun STEM lesson in Mrs. Benavidez’s class today. Design and test paper airplanes! Multiple trials, collaborate, revise the design based on data. It was beautiful!

Last night was an amazing night of the arts at Sabal! The orchestra performed to open the evening. Then, our talented group of playwrights “The Breakout Project” partnered with a group of Eau Gallie drama students to have their plays performed on stage. In the middle, our own Sabal drama club brought an encore performance of “Small Island, Big Feelings”. Huge thanks to Mrs. James for making the Breakout Project possible for our 5th and 6th writers, to Mrs. Brooks for adding an orchestra performance, and to Mrs. Rivera for bringing back the drama club to perform with the older students. It was an inspiring and fun night! Thanks also to all the families who support these creative students every day and came out for the evening. It was a great turnout!

Today our amazing PTO truly made our staff feel FIRST CLASS!

From the “First Class Sips” Dirty Soda Bar to the creative travel bag making activity, delicious “Around the World” treats, and beautiful flowers — every detail made our staff feel so appreciated.

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible PTO for all the time, generosity, and thoughtfulness you put into making Staff Appreciation so special for our Sabal family. Your support means the world to us!

Today we officially kicked off Staff Appreciation Week with our First Class staff! Staff were welcomed to the VIP Lounge with coffee, pastries, and special boarding passes to start the week off right.

We are so thankful for our incredible teachers and staff who go above and beyond for our students every single day. Your dedication, kindness, and hard work make Sabal such a special place!

Today, our courageous Trailblazers tackled testing with confidence, determination, and heart! 💚🦁

The House of Isibindi helped kick off PM3 ELA testing for 3rd-6th graders by handing out “Courage Juice” to remind all our students to stay brave, believe in themselves, and give it their all!

We are so proud of our students for showing perseverance, confidence, and courage throughout the day. Remember, being courageous means trying your best even when things are challenging — and our Trailblazers did just that!

Keep shining bright and showing your courage, Trailblazers… 3rd-6th grade Math tomorrow….you’ve got this!
