The last day of camp teaches many life skills beyond “just sewing.” Our ambitious projects (several designing their own patterns) required problem solving, adapting and adjusting. Add on time management skills, breaking projects into smaller steps and planning when to utilize the sewing machine to finish was a full focus day! Thankfully almost everything was completed (some may have needed a few hand stitches to close up a few spots) and there were many proud smiles at the end of the day!

Our last summer camp for 2026 is in full swing! Most participants have completed the belt bag project and have moved on...
