One thing I have found so helpful in starting a brand new week is Brain Dumping. It's not glamorous or sexy, but it's necessary if I don't want to freak about everything being out of my control + falling behind on things. 🤯

To start:
One piece of paper 📜
Pen or pencil ✏️
Write down thoughts as they come 🧠

If you are the kind of person who needs to organize your Brain Dump into categories, that's great! You can also just work down the list, or work on the ones that most pertain to what you need to do today/this week.

There is no right or wrong way to do it! 🙌

Drop a Comment below + let me know if you Brain Dump or if there's something else you do!! 😁

This is 32.

I am trusting that I'm walking away from believing that I'm too much, not enough, too far behind, not where I need to be. I'm walking away from not having it all figured out, not having control over the situation, being too emotional or not emotional enough. I am walking away from the need to be perfect when I only need to be me.

Happy birthday to me 🎉

In honor of Mother's Day, I get to chat with one of the best! 😄

Stacey + I break ground with in depth food conversations that more people need to be talking about quite frankly. 🍌🥑

We also talk about the importance of writing + how it helps our mental health but also how fun it can be!

Life update: I am 2 weeks divorced Tuesday.

Lots of emotions. They come + go when needed.

I am thankful to be surrounded by family + friends who have held me up, supported me + most importantly loved me right where I am.

Life is looking mighty different than how I thought it would. But that's the beauty of life, it never stays the same --- always changing, ebbing + flowing where it best needs to.

I will always remember Tuesday's because that's the day my life changed.

On your worst days, sometimes all you need to get through it is a killer suit jacket 🤓
