As much as I know it’s easier to just have someone tell you what you need to do, and then do it… it’s not.
The truth is, no one else knows you and what works best for you, than you!
Your health coach is there to support your journey and one of the ways they do it is by helping you see your strengths from a different perspective, and how they can be put to use to meet your wellness goals.

Sometimes we can find ourselves in the position of knowing exactly what we need to do improve our lives, yet we struggle to actually make the changes. Frustrating and not a great feeling!
Change is not always linear and there’s a lot of factors like our thoughts, emotions, habits and external things that also influence our journey.
Remember - change takes time and it’s NOT easy! Be patient with yourself and know that you’re not alone. We all stumble and face obstacles in our quest for change.
