1st Start Lacrosse 1st Start Lacrosse is a program where the basics to the game are broken down and taught in a fun and exciting environment.

1st Start Lacrosse is the ultimate starter program for children (ages 3-7 years old) in the Philly area who want to learn the basics of the game in a super fun environment! It’s for children, boys and girls, ages 4-7 and it will be coached by all former players now educators in the Philly area who have an extreme passion for the game.

1st Start features a 6-week program on Sundays where each sess

ion will be 60 minutes long. Lacrosse sticks (plastic) will be provided at every session along with a 1st Start STARTer pack, where each child will receive a 1st Start T-Shirt, Sweatband, and Sticker! For more information check us out at www.1ststartlacrosse.com

We’re introducing full equipment, advanced stick skills, faster-paced drills, game IQ, and competitive situations — all while continuing to build confidence and a love for the game.

At 1st Start Lacrosse, we make learning the game fun, exciting, and confidence-building for boys and girls ages 3–7. No experience? No problem! Our experienced coaches create a positive environment where every player can learn, grow, and have fun.

Can’t commit to the full week?

At the request of some of our parents, we’re now offering 2, 3, and 4 day registration options for our 1st Start Summer Camp at Swarthmore College 🙌
