5 days of guard camp and 9 days of band camp down, only 3 more to go! The Penncrest Color Guard has been hard at work the past 2 1/2 weeks learning our 2026 field show! 💪

This weekend, the Penncrest Indoor Guard ended their competitive season at MAIN Championships at Liberty High School in Bethlehem, PA, finishing 8th in Scholastic A3 and earning their highest score and placement in 4 years! ❤️💛

Congrats to our amazing performers for their hard work and accomplishments this season! We’d also like to shout out our seven awesome seniors - Amanda, Arin, Peyton, Logan, Angelina, Zoe, and Natalie - for their time in the program and all they’ve achieved. We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see what you all accomplish in your futures!

Don’t miss the final performance of our 2026 show, “Millennium,” next Monday, April 27th at our Friends & Family show in the Penncrest gym, alongside our jazz band and indoor drumline. The show is free to attend and starts at 6:30 PM!

All Springton Lake Middle School students are invited to join the Penncrest Color Guard for a color guard clinic next Thursday, April 23rd from 6:30-8:30 PM in the Penncrest gym! Students will get to participate in a short dance class; learn how to spin flag, r***e, and/or sabre alongside the high school color guard; and watch a performance from the Penncrest Indoor Guard!

This clinic is free to attend and open to all SLMS students in grades 6-8. No experience necessary!

Set at a New Year's Eve party on December 31st, 1999, the 2026 Penncrest Indoor Color Guard explores the panic and grief that accompanied Y2K and the turn of the century as they wait to see if the world will end when the clock strikes midnight.

This April, Penncrest has the amazing opportunity to travel to Dayton, Ohio for WGI World Championships. Groups in our area rarely travel out to World Championships, so we are super excited for the group to have this opportunity and to introduce our kids to some of the best in the world.

To offset the cost for the students, and to match the theme of our show "Joe", we are excited to partner with Twin Valley Coffee to offer freshly roasted coffee!

Twin Valley Coffee is a local, family-owned, coffee roasting and retail business. They roast and prepare our fundraising coffee purchase as soon as we submit our organization’s order. Their coffee makes a great gift for family and friends - or even for yourself!
