It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of our beloved Maggie Lacovara. 💔
For more than 34 years, Maggie was a very special part of the Small World Preschool family. For generations of children and families, she was a familiar face, a warm smile, a loving heart, and someone who made Small World feel like home.
Maggie gave so much of herself to our children. She nurtured them, comforted them, celebrated their little accomplishments, wiped their tears, shared in their laughter, and loved them as if they were her own. So many children who walked through our doors over the past three decades were fortunate enough to have Maggie touch their lives.
And for those of us who had the privilege of working beside her, Maggie was so much more than a coworker. She was part of the heart and soul of Small World. Thirty-four years is a lifetime of memories, friendships, laughter, traditions, and countless little moments that we will treasure forever.
Maggies absence will be deeply felt, but so will the beautiful legacy she leaves behind. Every child she loved, every family she welcomed, and every colleague whose life she touched is a part of that legacy.
We are forever grateful for the 34+ years of love, dedication, laughter, and memories Maggie gave to Small World Preschool. Her impact cannot be measured in years — it lives on in the countless hearts she touched.
Our deepest love and sympathy go out to Maggie’s family and all those who loved her. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time. ❤️
