At KCA, art is understood as a visual rhetoric that communicates truth, beauty, and goodness in ways words alone cannot, training the eye to perceive God’s glory in the created world. May 2026 Field Trip to Newport Aquarium! KCA Upper School Students enjoyed learning about science and marine life at the Oregon Coast!

A few KCA Upper School Students enjoying hands-on learning at Science Works Hands-on Museum! Students spent the day experiencing the wonder of discovery firsthand. It was a fun and memorable day filled with learning, curiosity, and awe for the intricacies of God's creation.

In the final weeks of the 2025–2026 school year, KCA Upper School students traveled to the Central Oregon Coast for an unforgettable educational experience. 🌊🔬

Through the study of marine ecosystems and coastal environments, students had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of science while marveling at the beauty and complexity of God's creation. From hands-on exploration to thoughtful observation and discussion, the trip brought classroom learning to life in a remarkable way.

We are grateful for opportunities like these that encourage our students to pursue knowledge with curiosity, wonder, and gratitude to the Creator of all things.

KCA students recently enjoyed a special visit from the Medford Fire Department!

Students learned about fire safety, emergency response, and the important role firefighters play in serving our community. The highlight of the visit was getting an up-close look at a real fire engine and meeting the firefighters who help keep us safe every day. 🚒🔥

A big thank you to the Medford Fire Department (especially Engine 12) for taking the time to educate and inspire our students through this fun and informative experience!
