Come join us for a workout class (kicks, punches, elbows, knees) at Derrico's Black Belt School. This class is for adults only and open to the public! Wear comfortable workout clothes. Class time is 7:15pm to 8pm every Wednesday. Cost is $5. See you there and bring a friend or two 🙂

ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR ALL DERRICO'S STUDENTS AND FAMILIES:

1. Starting September 1st all students are required to wear their full uniform and belt to class until next summer. Students in private lessons are allowed to wear comfortable work out clothes instead of their uniform.

2. We will be CLOSED this Saturday September 5th and Monday September 7th for Labor Day. No regular classes, tournament team practice, or private lessons.

3. The "Jake Derrico Challenge" is approaching fast. Please hand in your registration forms asap! The first order of shirts will be going out this Thursday, September 3rd. Thank you for your support.
