What a magical Spring Fling today! 🌸🎶✨

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us, danced along to the live music, made crafts, played games, got their faces painted, and helped make the morning feel so full of joy and community 💛

Seeing the children laughing, moving their bodies to the music, waving scarves in the air, and freely being themselves was such a beautiful reflection of the Gentle Dragon spirit. This is what makes our cooperative preschool so special — families, teachers, and children all creating a warm, playful, and connected community together.

Thank you as well for all of the generous donations and support for our school and community center. And congratulations to all of our raffle ticket winners!! 🎟️✨

Enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year is now open!

Gentle Dragon is accepting applications for the 2026 / 2027 school year. If you want to be an active part of your child’s preschool experience and you value play, please call us at (781) 391-2301 to set up a private tour. Children must be 2 years 9 months old by September 1st to enroll.

Today we had a very special visitor at Gentle Dragon Preschool - a dental hygienist came to talk with the children about teeth care! 🦷🪥

She was absolutely FANTASTIC with the children!! She made everything fun, engaging, and easy to understand, and the kids were so excited to participate and practice their brushing skills.

A big thank you to Jess, our wonderful special event master, for helping organize this visit. We truly appreciate your support in bringing enriching experiences like this into our classroom!

It was such a meaningful (and fun!) learning day for everyone 💛🐉

As I unlocked our classroom door today ..I am reminded of the wonderful, inspiring teacher that gave me these keys… and I thought to myself (as I do each school day) here we go Miss Elenor…let’s have a good day…
Miss Elenor was of course the beloved teacher of Gentle Dragon for many, many, many years before I arrived…and I think of her daily before I start my day …thankful that she created such a wonderful community for both the children and families of Gentle Dragon Preschool….
So Thank you Miss Eleanor!!! 🩷
