This summer we’ll be sharpening our forms, cleaning up our kicks, and having a blast with sparring drills and poomse games. Every class will be packed with opportunities to improve skills, build confidence, and challenge ourselves while having fun.
We also have several exciting Summer Challenges planned this year! We’ll be sharing all the details in class this week, so be ready to set goals, earn rewards, and make this your best summer yet.

It’s crazy to think about the fact that all of this started with a bet made with a child. She said if I could guess what was in her mystery boxes she would try a class out and with the help of her parents behind her helping me cheat😅 it all began.
I am so grateful to be a part of your life and your journey through martial arts and just being a child. My family, our family is so much richer for having you be a part of it.
