Tufts Alumni Council The Tufts Alumni Council is the governing body of the Tufts University Alumni Association. 🐘🤎🐘 There are an additional 70 Emeritus or retired members. Be kind.

As the governing body of the Tufts University Alumni Association, the Tufts Alumni Council comprises about 180 members representing all schools of the university. In coordination with the Office of Alumni Engagement (OAE), the Council assists with a number of alumni and student programs and services, such as alumni elections, regional alumni chapters and affinity groups, Alumni and Senior Awards,

communications, alumni giving, career services, and more. This is a page for all active, emeritus and retired TAC members to engage with each other, stay informed of upcoming Tufts activities, and celebrate the accomplishments of fellow alumni. We ask all members to engage in discussion with integrity and consideration for others. Spirited, thoughtful discussion is fine. Insults, name calling, scolding, swearing, and rudeness are not allowed. We do not discriminate against any views, but reserve the right to delete posts that:

• Are defamatory or obscene, cause panic, use fighting or threatening words, or incite crime
• Are off topic or irrelevant to the subject under discussion
• Violate copyright
• Are spam or have a commercial purpose, are petition solicitations, political campaigning, or direct sales pitches
• Demean or harass another individual or institution
• Are articles shared without any context from the poster on its relevance to the Tufts community
• Have fundraising purpose (other than for Tufts University)

Users who criticize or harass other alumni in the group or the moderator, publicly or privately, and users whose posts are repeatedly removed may be banned from this group if necessary.
