Mediation Builds Peace!!

Finally, Dr. Phil to the rescue. NJ Federal Courts are ranked high and are considered among the best in the USA.
However, our State courts are the worst . Why is that?
Our Federal judges are appointed by the POTUS and were always practicing law so they know the law and were never not politicians.

State judges up until about 2008 were mostly good even though they were politicians who happened to have a law degree from years ago. They were appointed to the bench when they lost an election. Many had never tried a case, some were never in a courtroom. Even when they’re wrong, their Appellate sides with them because they’re from the same court or vicinage and don’t want to disagree with their friend.

Remember politicians are about winning popularity contests. They are programmed differently. It is a bad system and needs to change to be consistent with the rest of our country’s state courts.
When states gets it wrong it goes to the Federal a completely different system.
In closing, we need to make sure our tax dollars are spent well.
