A little rain couldn’t stop our SHCS students!
Field Day was rainy, but we still enjoyed fun games, friendly competitions, and Kona Ice!
A big thank you to our 7th and 8th grade student leaders for planning and running the day’s activities, and to our amazing parent volunteers who had just as much fun in the rain as the students

Who doesn’t love making slime?
Our second graders had a messy, fun-filled time in Art with Mrs. Bates today creating their very own slime.
And don’t worry, parents—the slime is coming home so the fun can continue!

A perfect end of the year field trip!
Our 2nd and 3rd grades visited the Rogue Valley Family YMCA for Water Safety Instruction. They learned CPR, how to rescue a swimmer with a ring, how to respond to falling out of a raft, they swam through rough waters, and had free swim!
Last day of school for Preschool and Pre-K 🏫 Thank you to the students and parents for a wonderful school year. We will miss them over Summer but can't wait to see how they grow!

Our 5th graders are having an amazing week at Outdoor School! From camping in Brookings to visiting a farm and spending time at the beach, they are making memories and celebrating the end of a great school year together!

Our students in Washington, D.C. are having such a fun and educational trip! They’ve been exploring and making so many great memories together.
These students worked hard over the last two years helping fundraise for this trip to celebrate their 7th and 8th grade years, and we are so excited they get to enjoy this amazing experience together!

This last part of the school year our National Junior Honors Society focused raising money for Habitat for Humanity Rogue Valley and SoHumane. They also held a drive to collect much needed supplies for the Magdalene Home .
A big thank you to Luke for building a birdhouse which was sold at our auction for $125 and to Sierra and Abby for baking cookies sold at our bakery sale helping to raise $150.
And to all of the members thank you for servicing our community and inspiring your fellow students!
A beautiful morning to pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet with our Kindergarten through 8th grade students! Thank you Sacred Heart Catholic Church for allowing us to use the Faith Formation Center.

It’s frog dissection day! 🐸🔬
Our 7th and 8th grade science students had some mixed reactions today — some were fascinated, some were grossed out, and a few weren’t quite sure what to think!
Definitely a memorable day in science class!
