In 2025, our facility was honored to be named a Top Pick in the Daycare category and received Gold in the Childcare Services category in the CommunityVotes Medford contest.

This year, we are thrilled to share that we achieved Platinum in the Daycare category—the highest recognition possible—and proudly maintained our Gold standing in the Childcare Services category.

We could not be more proud of our incredible staff for this outstanding accomplishment. Their dedication, compassion, and commitment to providing high-quality care and education for the children in our program are evident every single day. These awards are a reflection of the trust and support of our families and community, and a testament to the hard work of the amazing team that makes our program so special.

We can’t wait to proudly display our new awards inside the facility once they arrive, where they will serve as a reminder of the incredible support from our families, community, and the hard work of our dedicated staff.

As we celebrate this achievement, we are already looking ahead with excitement. We can’t wait to see what next year’s contest will bring and will continue striving to provide the highest quality care for the children and families we serve.

We would also like to congratulate all of the amazing childcare facilities in our area that were recognized this year. We know firsthand the dedication, hard work, and passion that go into caring for and educating young children, and we are proud to be part of a community filled with so many outstanding early childhood professionals.

On Friday, May 22nd, we had an unannounced monitoring visit from Licensing, and we are proud to share that, once again, there were zero non-compliances found.

These unannounced visits are conducted to ensure childcare facilities are operating safely and within all licensing rules and guidelines, so we are always proud when our program reflects the high standards we work hard to maintain every day.

We work hard every single day to provide a safe, clean, nurturing, and high-quality environment for the children and families we serve, and it means so much to see that effort reflected during these visits.

A huge thank you to our amazing staff for their dedication and teamwork, and to our families for your continued trust and support of Little Wings. 💜

We really do have the best families and kiddos.

Today our staff got self care bags filled with all kinds of goodies (face and body products, books, a huggable massager, gift cards and more).

They also got drinks and muffins from our owner Cameo Jordan,
Goody bags and cookies from Lynzie, Joe and kids, a cute plant and goodies from Erin Elise Emery and caramels from Cara Tucci.

To say we feel super blessed is an understatement.

Another one of our families just dropped off the cutest little bags with coffee gift cards and a little candy treat inside and doughnuts. Thank you Naresh, Radhika and Roshni!!

Teacher appreciation week day 3 brings our staff some FUN IN THE SUN BAGS. They each got a beach bag, beach towel, a beach blanket, a hat, and sunscreen.

Justin Lbs brought us a yummy cake today!!

Today’s theme was hydration/snack day for teacher appreciation week. Our staff each got some of their favorite drinks, a coffee gift card, a fast food gift card to their favorite place, a Stanley water bottle, and a bunch of their favorite snacks.

We have been nominated again this year in COMMUNITY VOTES MEDFORD. We are humbled by the nominations each of the last 3 years. We are up against some fantastic programs again this year and will need everyone to vote and share our post. You can only vote ONCE, so sharing is important.

We are kicking off Teacher appreciation week with

SWEET TREAT DAY!

Kaycee Morton brought our staff doughnuts. Dakota Smith brought our staff home made chocolate chip cookies.

Brooke Francisco brought each of the staff the cutest bag of goodies.

We are so appreciative of the families that trust us with the care of their children.

We gave the teachers snackle boxes full of some of their favorite candy, bags of candy and blueberry and chocolate chip muffins.

Our staff runs on sugar and caffeine in order to keep up with the kids.
