Jefferson Elementary Afterschool: Students had fun with Kids Unlimited's first culinary enrichment of the school year!

Their "waffle pencils" used raspberries for erasers and raisins for the pencil lead. It was a fun, hands-on way for students to explore creativity while practicing basic food preparation skills.

Griffin Creek Elementary Afterschool: We've been building connections and getting creative! Students participated in an “All About Me” activity to learn more about themselves and get to know their peers and staff.

During Art Enrichment, students explored foil painting and worked together to create a collaborative “Space Galaxy Beach,” which encouraged creativity, teamwork and self-expression.

Howard Elementary Afterschool: Students took on a Marshmallow Tower Challenge, using problem-solving and engineering skills to see who could build the tallest tower. Congratulations to Genesis and Camila for building the winning tower!

Kennedy Elementary Afterschool: Students participated in a variety of activities during Kids Unlimited's first week to help everyone get to know each other and start the school year off right.

K-2 students completed an “All About Me” worksheet while 3-5 students created their own Instagram profile to share more about themselves. Students also conjured "apple pie" from Play-Doh and participated in “expectation stations” to learn about program expectations in a fun and engaging way.

Howard Elementary Afterschool: Students spent their first week with Kids Unlimited playing games and participating in activities designed to help everyone get to know one another and build connections.

During STEM, students put their creativity and problem-solving skills to work by building towers with LEGOs and blocks. It was a fun way to practice teamwork while learning through play.

Jackson Elementary Afterschool: From familiar faces to new friends! It's been so nice to see students again and welcome everyone to a new year with Kids Unlimited.

We got to know each other through an “All About Me” activity, icebreakers and games that helped us get more comfortable and familiar with one another. We've had a great start to a new year at Jackson Afterschool!
