Sometimes snack is a simple bag snack, and other times it is a fruit/veggie tray. I'm thankful my campers eat up fruits and veggies as much as pretzels, goldfish, and granola bars.

Last week we blasted off into Space and the kids loved it! Between learning about each planet with workbook pages and Blowup planets and just having plain old fun with space themed crafts, the kids had a blast and didn't want to stop. I am sure at a later date in summer camp those Blowup planets will become keepy-uppy balls on the slides this summer, but for now the kids are still loving seeing them hanging in the windows. This week is feathered friends and we have some fun crafts coming up!

Happy 4th of July! The kids had a blast last week learning more about our country and why this 4th of July was a little extra special. They also had fun making American wreaths and painting wooden Patriotic themed signs. Now on to our Week in Space!

Well the kids are already playing on our new and exciting domed jungle gym for camp this year! Also thought it was time to do a fresh coat of solid stain on the swingset. Last weekend before camp begins!
