It’s another NO GI WEEK here at AOM! This is our flow drill of the week being demonstrated by our more advanced kiddos! Our theme for the summer has been BACK TAKES from EVERYWHERE! This little drill put together by head coach and owner Anthony Terrell embodies that, ENJOY!😉🧡🖤🤍

One student does offense while the other drills the defense for a round. Then they switch rolls the next round!

Offense - Take down to a back take
Defense - Choke defense to a back take escape
Offense - Counter to a mount
Defense - A technical mount escape to half guard or full guard
Offense - A Counter to the mount escape to another back take, where they then drilled 3 different variations of a rear naked choke and one counter to an arm bar. (The rnc counters will be added to the next video 😉.

Once the kids got good at it, coach then made them drill it for time! These 2 were both able to crush it in under 20 seconds!

Striking classes for adults and Kids are still going strong in the midst of August, our slowest month of the year! We’re getting more and more summer soldiers on board every year it seems, and they are keeping the training consistent!

That’s where the progress comes from, keep up the good work!🧡🖤🤍

National Night Out is a fun-filled evening that brings our community together with Medford Police, Medford FD, and our community partners. It’s a great opportunity to meet your first responders, enjoy family-friendly activities, and strengthen the partnerships that help keep Medford a safe place to live.

SCHEDULE FOR AUGUST!!!!

Starting next week on the 3rd, we will being going to our annual august schedule of just 3 days of week, closed on Mondays & Fridays, as it is our slowest time of the year! So enjoy this last full week of classes!

We have had a busier summer and July thus far, and will be right back to an even fuller schedule for the fall starting in September!

Looking to hire a few new instructors for the FALL.
One group for kids striking & grappling classes, and the other group for morning classes! The morning would be adult striking and grappling classes!

Must live within 20/25 mins of medford, experience preferred but not completely necessary. I can provide job training depending on candidates goals and availability to be consistent, competent, and reliable.
