TODAY IS THE DAY! MAP Child Information Forms & Important Paperwork are DUE TODAY! If you haven't done them yet... there is still time! You'll find everything you need on our web site: www.medfieldafterschoolprogram.com.

Once completed they can be emailed directly to your child's Program Director. THANK YOU for your help!

The MAP SUMMER HOMEWORK was emailed to all ENROLLED FAMILIES for 2026-2027 on Monday, 7/20. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam, promotions or junk folder (email addresses like Gmail often put bulk email into spam).

To make sure you receive our emails:
• Check your spam/junk folder and move any MAP emails to your inbox
• Mark MAP emails as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk”
• Add [email protected] to your contacts, address book, safe sender list, and/or email security program
