Saturday plans: stay awhile.
Slow breakfast, another cup of coffee, something simmering on the stove—and everyone inevitably ending up in the kitchen.
We want your kitchen to be a place to cook, to gather, to linger and live to the fullest! Beautiful details matter, but the best kitchens are the ones you simply want to spend time in.
Happy Saturday!

Friday calls for a fresh pot of coffee.
There’s something especially satisfying about a hardworking space that doesn’t look hardworking. This Butler's Pantry was designed to handle the everyday extras—storage, prep, cleanup and, most importantly, coffee—while keeping the main kitchen a little less cluttered.
And those screened cabinet doors? Proof that even the most practical spaces deserve a beautiful detail.
TGIF!

Shoes on, bags packed, coffee in hand—and out the door we go.
A well-designed entry makes the Monday morning scramble just a little easier. A place for everything, plenty of storage, and maybe even a pretty spot to soften the transition from weekend mode back to reality.

We love designing kitchens that are beautiful, but more importantly, feel good to live in—comfortable, welcoming, and made for the everyday moments that turn a house into a home. We hope you have a lovely weekend!

As the days get shorter and the temperatures start to drop, the spaces we gravitate toward begin to change too. A warm fireplace, natural light, comfortable places to sit—and a room designed to make staying home feel pretty good. We love designing homes that work beautifully through every New England season!

The kitchen that keeps everything moving. The island anchors the center with clear circulation on every side — sink to range in two steps, seating that stays out of the cook's way, and a cased opening that carries the sightline straight through to the sunlit mudroom beyond. Last day of September, and the light's already shifting!

The first days of fall have us back at our desks — happily.

This little study nook lives just off the bedroom, with a built-in desk for two, a window for daydreaming, and enough drawers to keep homework season under control. Painted built-ins make even the hardest-working corners feel calm.

Here's to sharpened pencils, open notebooks, and golden afternoon light. Happy first days of fall.

This family had one wish at the top of their list: more natural light in the kitchen.

So we designed an addition positioned to catch the sun all day long — and gave it a cathedral ceiling to make room for a full wall of windows. Glossy handmade tile runs all the way up to bounce the light around, while olive-sage cabinetry and brass cup pulls keep things warm and grounded below.

Now the sunniest room in the house is the one where they spend the most time. That's the power of getting the architecture right first.

Holding onto summer for one more weekend.

This back deck was designed for exactly this — the long, unhurried Saturdays at the end of the season. A pass-through window bar with woven bistro stools keeps the kitchen connected to the party, while cable railing lets the view do the talking. Underfoot, warm wood decking against crisp white vertical skirting — that classic New England contrast we never tire of.

Wherever this weekend takes you, we hope it looks a little like this: bare feet, a full table, and no reason to go inside.

Happy Labor Day weekend!
