There’s something so special about having former students come back to visit The Goddard School! 🥹💛

Watching these little ones grow, learn, and become their own amazing people is one of the greatest parts of being a teacher. Even after they move on to their next adventure, they will always have a special place in our hearts. ❤️

Seeing their familiar faces walk through our doors again reminds us just how much these relationships mean. Once a Goddard kid, always a Goddard kid! 🏫✨

We absolutely love our visits from our former students! 💕

The thing about a Goddard preschooler is they’re going to be curious. Keep the questions coming 👏

Personally, we’d hire them as videographers 📹

Kindergarten readiness can show up in everyday moments, not just big milestones. A few signals to notice:

1. They’re building confidence to try things independently. Examples: walking into a room first, asking for help, or giving something new a try.
2. They’re starting to recognize the letters in their name, even if they’re not reading just yet.
3. They’re showing care and responsibility at home. This could include things like helping pack a bag, feeding a pet, putting away toys, or getting through part of their routine with a little more ease.

Every child grows at their own pace - and readiness looks different for every family. Their preschool teachers can are a great partner in noticing strengths, celebrating progress, and helping you think through what comes next.
