The Spacial Dynamics Institute is the international training organization for the discipline of Spacial Dynamics@.

Spacial Dynamics® is the study and enhancement of the relationship between the human being and space through various movement techniques , exercises and team and group building activities. Spacial Dynamics increases effectiveness and ease while augmenting awareness. Movement therapy, movement education, coaching , leadership training , and personal ,organizational, and social change are all fields that have benefited from Spacial Dynamics.

The trip home from China took 40 hours. Then, tornado warnings. But coming home to this lady was worth every step!

It was a summer of graduations! Yifen Chang, Dr. Jerry Ku, and Katie Moran joined Jaimen McMillan in orchestrating a joy-filled commencement performance with 80 participants. Spacial Dynamics China graduated its second group of Level I students, and the beat (the heartbeat) goes on!

Beijing: The 3-day workshop has now come to a close. It was an introduction to posture, gesture, and space through movement. Creating boundaries for oneself and for the other was a major theme. JM

NY>Japan> Beijing: Jaimen McMillan, Katie Moran, Yifen Chang, and Dr. Jerry Ku came together with Bing Hao in Beijing to offer a conference to 150 participants on how to use space not only in the Kindergarten, but also for health, energy, and boundary-building for Kindergarten Teachers themselves. First, a day of planning. JM

IS-16: A new cohort of 40 Level I Spacial Dynamics students met in Mechanicville, NY, to begin their three-year journey together. The course is directed year-round by Jaimen McMillan in New York, supported by Alex Schneider and Dorothea McMillan. There is also a satellite training on the West Coast (Sacramento) in the Fall and Spring directed by Katie Moran, supported by Kate Hammond and Thea Bieling. As we did this summer, we will all join together every summer! We are off to a great start! JM
