Going to REALLY miss some of my MCSD parents especially this one ❤️

What a send-off I had today!! Lots of hugs,gifts,cards,cake!!!
Mr Buneo’s kids all made me beautiful,heartfelt cards and I got so many hugs. I’ll miss these special students that I’ve grown to love!!!
And another student who is just awesome and needs a special diet so we’ve all come to love her brought me a gift and heartfelt card. Oh how lucky have I been to share my days with great kids❤️

I want to express my appreciation and gratitude to ALL of my staff
We have been working short for weeks and everyone has stepped up to feed all our students great meals. We are NOT a heat and serve kitchen! We scratch cook most of our meals, so they are labor intensive. There’s a lot of lifting, lugging, many, many pots and pans to wash….and ALL of our efforts are ones that need to he completed in a specific time frame so we’re ready to give great service.

NONE of this can be accomplished without incredible teamwork. I am SO PROUD of the work ethic, cooperation and determination of my girls to offer our kids the BEST quality products and BEST customer service. And I’m especially grateful they they all love to have fun while working. The laughter, music, and dancing around is what lets us forge ahead every day.

My wish is for everyone to know how hard we all work every single day
There are no easy ….coast days ….in food service. You must love it or you’d never keep doing it!
