Have you ever felt worship rise up in you and not known what to do with it?

This Saturday, we’re learning to worship through movement. Join us for a Liturgical Dance Workshop with Elder Chelsea Harris Whitaker (along with our Pastor Joy).

Liturgical dance is worship you express with your body. You don’t have to be a dancer. You just need a heart that wants to praise.

• 📅 Saturday, October 17
• ⏰ 10 AM
• 📍 6033 Mechanicsville Tnpk. (behind Widespread Solutions), Mechanicsville, VA
• 🙌🏾 Free and open to the public

“Let them praise his name with dancing.” Psalm 149:3

Register by this Friday at 5 PM. Just send us a message or email us directly at: [email protected] 💃🏾

THEY SAY WE ALL LOOK ALIKE … 👀

And you know what? WE HOPE SO! ❤️

Not because we share the same skin color, background, culture, or life experiences. Because clearly, we don’t! 😂

But because we’re all striving to look a little more like JESUS.

At Acts Community RVA, diversity isn’t just something we celebrate. It’s who we are. But what makes us FAMILY isn’t how we look. It’s the way we LOVE.

We Worship together. We cry together. We Grow together. We definitely laugh together. And sometimes, we get a little LOUD together! 🙌🏽😂

We’re not all the same. We don’t pretend to be. But we’re learning to love one another the way Jesus loves all of us.

And THAT’S what we hope people see when they look at us.

Different faces. One family. Same Spirit. ❤️

There’s a seat for YOU this Sunday at 10 AM!

❤️ LOVE LIVES HERE.

10/10/2026

Last Sunday felt like a family reunion. ❤️

• Our pastors returned from sabbatical, and we welcomed them home with open arms.
• We shared a clergy appreciation breakfast, full plates and full hearts.
• The praise was loud. The worship was real. The Word came straight, no sugar-coating.
• And the laughter? That is never missed on our Sundays.

It’s what families do!

Thank you, Acts Community, for loving your leaders so well.

Whether you joined us in the LIVING room or online, you were a special part of this.

"Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work." 1 Thessalonians 5:13

Want to feel that love for yourself?

Join us TOMORROW, Sunday at 10am, in person or live on Facebook and YouTube. Bring somebody. ❤️

Feel like you’ve been just going through the motions? At church. At work. At home.

Still showing up, but feeling nothing inside.
Going through life on a near empty tank!?

HAVE YOU CHECKED YOUR OIL!?

There’s no shame here! You're not alone! Many believers are feeling spiritually empty, depleted and exhausted! But why?

Let’s talk about it!

BIBLE STUDY IS BACK TONIGHT AT 7P

While we know that Jesus Himself was never spiritually empty, His life shows us how to keep the oil flowing when everything around us is trying to drain it!

Get in the room and bring your hands. You'll see why when you arrive 🙌🏽

Tonight at 7 PM. In person and LIVE on Facebook and YouTube.

Come as you are, and bring somebody who's running on fumes.

…because living LIFE going through the motions —- is not It!

Every season has a purpose.

October is here, and today is the first Sunday of a new month. Let’s start it by seeking God’s purpose for this season- in our lives!

You may be in a season of waiting.
You may be in a season of growth.
You may be in a season of letting go.
Just know that God is working in every one of them.

This October, let’s:

• Seek Him first
• Trust His timing
• Walk in His purpose
• Expect Him to move

“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.”
Ecclesiastes 3:1

Join us today 10am at Acts Community.

Your season is not wasted.
God has a plan for it. ❤️
