Alumni Spotlight!
Meet Amber Miller '21, founder and president of the Comfort Project. The Comfort Project Foundation was created by Amber in loving memory of her grandfather, whose life and loss inspired her to make sure others walking through grief feel less alone. Her organization provides Comfort Kits to those grieving the death of a loved one or pet. The Comfort Project also has a prayer team that comes alongside people in grief, and other difficult seasons of life, through prayer and encouragement. From Messiah to leading a workforce of 60,000 🇺🇸✈️

Congratulations to Messiah alumnus David P. Cummins ’94, who was recently sworn in as the eighth Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA)!

A political science graduate, Cummins now oversees security operations at more than 430 airports across the United States, as well as the nation’s surface transportation systems.

Cummins brings decades of transportation and leadership experience to the role, including work across 30 countries and leading operations management for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City.
