I cannot promise you a black belt, but I promise I will do everything in my power to help you earn one! So, I quietly did this thing during July, 100 kicks with each leg every day. I chose 7 different kicks and alternated between kicking air for mechanics improvement and kicking the bag to increase power. I just completed my final set.

I now would like to challenge my students (and any former students) to do this during August. Choose the 7 kicks you want to improve and if you can't access a bag just work them in the air.
