Messiah College’s annual Young Filmmakers Workshop is a unique summer program with residential and commuter options held on the scenic, suburban campus of Messiah College, located just 12 miles from Harrisburg, PA. Through this enriching, summer filmmaking camp environment our students improve and learn new skills as filmmakers and make great friends with people that share their same passion. This

workshop is designed to foster a community of young filmmakers through an enriching summer camp environmnet. It will also provied college-level filmmaking skills for students in grades 10 - 12 and taught by indusry professionals and experienced Messiah College faculty. Students will discuss and practice storyboarding, shot construction and hands-on camera training. This workshop has limited space in order to provide you with personalized attention.

Have a teen filmmaker in your home? Make sure to register them for the Young Filmmakers Workshop today!

The camp runs from June 21-26th. There are residential and commuter options. Your teen will have the chance to work with Messiah faculty to create a film from brainstorming to the finishing touches. The workshoppers always have an amazing time!
