Penn State Extension in Mercer County will offer the ServSafe Food Safety Manager course, which is aimed at restaurant and food service managers and others who need food safety certification.

The course will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. October 13, and 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. October 20 at the Penn State Extension office, 463 North Perry Highway, Mercer, PA 16137. The exam will be held at noon on October 20.
