Field Day was a huge success! ☀️🎉

Our students had an amazing time out in the sun, enjoying games, activities, laughter, and friendly competition on the second-to-last day of school. From relay races to team challenges, it was wonderful to see so many smiling faces making memories with friends and celebrating a fantastic school year together.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special. What a great way to wrap up the school year and kick off summer break! 🌞🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🎈

Today the 5th graders got to go to Bear Lake and do a macro invertebrate investigation to check for water pollution levels, fish, release baby trout, go on a nature walk, and see and talk to a real falconer! Thank you, Spokane County Water Resources we LOVED IT!!!!

Our 2nd graders in Mrs. Denning's class had an exciting time participating in Glow Day! The classroom was transformed into a glowing learning environment filled with fun, creativity, and hands-on activities that made learning shine.

One of the highlights of this special experience is the partnership between Mrs. Denning and Mrs. Pippin. Each year, they trade classrooms for a couple of days so that every student gets the opportunity to enjoy both Glow Day and Camp Day. This unique tradition gives students a chance to learn in new and engaging ways while creating lasting memories with their classmates.

A big thank you to Mrs. Denning and Mrs. Pippin for making learning so much fun and providing these unforgettable experiences for our 2nd graders!

🌟 A huge thank you to the Mead Fire Department for joining us for our 4th and 5th graders' egg drop event! 🚒🥚 Your fire truck brought so much excitement and fun to the day. We truly appreciate your support in making this experience memorable for our students. Thanks for being such great community partners! 🌟

We were greeted with something extra special this morning! 🎶

As our preschoolers arrived, they were welcomed by the wonderful sounds of music, thanks to our very talented Preschool Para, Mr. Nathan, playing the piano. His music created such a calm, joyful start to the day and brought so many smiles to our students’ faces.

We are so lucky to have staff who share their gifts in ways that make our school community even more special. Thank you, Mr. Nathan, for making our morning magical! 💙
