Certification Central is on the road across northeastern North Dakota this week, soaking in the warm air and that perfect fall breeze rolling across the prairie. There’s something special about traveling during this season — the crisp edges of autumn paired with the energy of educators doing incredible work.

We’re spending time with dedicated staff, listening, learning, and supporting the systems that help learners thrive. Every conversation, every classroom visit, and every hallway connection reminds us why this work matters. Here’s to a week of collaboration, encouragement, and celebrating the educators who make a difference every single day.

🎙️ Are We Thinking About Prompts All Wrong? 🎙️

The Behavioral Observations Podcast (Session 339) features Dr. Andy Bondy — a leading voice in behavior analysis — challenging some of the most common language and assumptions we use around prompting, prompt fading, and errorless learning.
