Daytime Group Music Class - K-3 ORFF/Vocal/Music Theory-Fun handheld rhythm and basic percussion instruments will be used to learn rhythm, time signatures, notation, and sight reading. A fun approach to singing will include pitch matching, and introduction to a variety of fun children’s songs, as well as basic musical theater songs and movements. Starting with an easy band instrument at an early age provides a wonderful sense of accomplishment for young musicians, and their desire to excel at music is insatiable at this age! We asked our piano teacher, Diane Max, about her music background and here is her answer.

“Child prodigy. Learned to play piano at 2-½ years old. Studied with a classical pianist from age 6 to 18. Played keyboards/Sang in weekend bands from age 18 - 38. Taught piano from age 38 to the present.”
