IGNITE-Women in STEM leadership and success panel was a hit today in Mr. Ford's class. These young women participated in a zoom hosted by IGNITE, as well as had the experience of listening to business women from the McMinnville Community IN PERSON to share how they started their own successful businesses. The ladies who spoke to the class said some key components of following your passion in business are to be disciplined, commit to a schedule, set goals and share them with your team to be held accountable. Don't give up and keep taking those small everyday steps because in the end that's what gets you to your goal.
