For all the people in McMinnville who have been reading the paper yes we are closed and yes there was a violation in December the state came in as I was loading cardboard bales on the truck as soon as I got all the bales on the truck they hit me for a violation on refuse in case you don’t know Cardboard will fall off the bales but you can’t pick up the loose stuff till you move the bales they waited till I loaded the truck gave me no time to pick it up. Next if any of you seen the previous picks in the paper of the newspaper city did the same thing as soon as the county dropped off and before I could push it in and sweep they snapped a photo. I have been fighting these tactics for awhile and now proceeding with bankruptcy and will have to start my life over and in debt. That part doesn’t bother me as much as my name being slandered but I fought I hard as I could to bring recycling to McMinnville
