We’re talking Halloween workout, ridiculous costumes, good company, and a SPOOKTACULAR POTLUCK that’s sure to be a little creepy and a whole lot delicious! 👀🍽️

Think:
🧠 Monster brains (pasta salad, anyone?)
👻 Ghostly goodies
🕷️ Spiderweb dips
🩸 Witch’s brew punch
🎃 Jack-o’-lantern treats
💀 Anything creepy, crawly, or Halloween-themed!

Get creative, get weird, and bring a dish that’ll make everyone scream… hopefully with excitement! 😂

🧙‍♀️ AND DON’T FORGET YOUR COSTUME!
Witches, zombies, superheroes, scary clowns, or full-on ridiculousness—we want to see it! Costumes are OPTIONAL, but the more festive, the better! 👻

Yesterday was hard.
Not just physically… but mentally too. And that’s the point.

Every Memorial Day, we come together to honor the fallen through effort, sacrifice, and community. Murph is more than a workout. It’s a reminder that freedom isn’t free and that courage, service, and sacrifice deserve to be remembered.

What I love most about our community is that everyone shows up differently — some RX, some scaled, some walking, some running, some doing their very first Murph — but every single person gave what they had. That’s what matters. ❤️

There were tired legs, sweaty hugs, chalk-covered high fives, encouragement during the hard rounds, kids cheering on parents, and teammates refusing to let each other quit. That’s the kind of community we’re building at Highland Rim Complete Fitness.

Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, suffered together, and honored the meaning behind the workout. We remember the fallen. We carry their legacy forward. 🇺🇸💙❤️

MURPH 2026

Every Memorial Day, athletes across the country take on “Murph” — a workout named in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a U.S. Navy SEAL who gave his life serving our country in Afghanistan in 2005.

Murph wasn’t created to glorify fitness. It represents sacrifice, courage, grit, and service above self. Lt. Murphy knowingly put himself in danger to save his teammates, earning the Medal of Honor for his heroic actions during Operation Red Wings.

The workout:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run

It’s long. It’s uncomfortable. It’s meant to be.

For many, Murph is more than a workout — it’s a chance to pause, reflect, and honor the men and women who gave everything for our freedom. As we sweat, struggle, and push through together, we remember that our hard moments are temporary, while their sacrifice was permanent.

Join us May 25th as we come together to honor Lt. Michael Murphy and all fallen heroes. 🇺🇸
