Onelife Fitness McLean is open this morning, but the kids club will not be open today. Therefore, we won't have both Shotokan Karate classes today. I hope to see you next Wednesday!

Earlier this year we celebrated the 45th Aniversary of OneLife Fitness McLean. We had a great time with the gym members while promoting our ISKF Shotokan Karate-do Taka Ryu Dojo.

I had a great time and enjoyed the learning experience last month at the ISKF Instructor Training Program class.

I had a great time training at the ISKF Shoto Cup Fundraiser for the ISKF US Team. Thank you Greg, Debbie Hoplamazian, Gaby Elliott for your time, training and getting everybody together. Also, thanks David Ernst and for hosting the event.

The event schedule and hotel recommendations will be coming soon.

The venue for the event is EUL Sportsdock, University Way, Beckton, London E16 2RD (part of the University of East London). It is well connected to the center of town.

We won't have karate classes on Memorial Day. Let's honor our family and friends who served and sacrificed for our country this weekend.

My heart is filled with love, pride, and respect after the visit of my brother and student Jose Manuel Senpai from my previous karate school at ISKF Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. It was a great positive and life experience for my students at Shotokan Karate-do Taka Ryu Dojo. I will always be available to help him accomplish his dream to open his own Karate-Do classes.

Kids are the future of Shotokan Karate-Do but also give the the opportunity today to teach what they have learned. Because when you teach, you also learn how to perfect the technique and develop your character.

Congratulations to all the students from Shotokan Karate-Do Taka Ryu for passing there Kyu ranks test. Thanks to all the assistance instructors at Dominion Shotokan Karate Club for there support. Thank you JD Swanson and Steven Majors for performing the test.
