CCFIA and NTFIA are excited to announce a joint Fire Investigation Evidence Collection class on Friday, February 7, 2025. This informative and practical course will provide valuable insights and techniques for evidence collection during fire investigations.

Date: Friday, February 7, 2025
Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: McKinney Fire Station 7
861 Independence Pkwy, McKinney, TX
Cost: $20 (includes lunch)
We are honored to have George Malone (Collin County Community College) and Joshua Detzel (McKinney Fire Department) as our instructors, bringing their expertise and experience to the classroom.

We are working to secure certification for the class, and we plan to offer credits through TCFP and TCOLE. We will provide updates in the coming weeks to confirm these certifications.

Steve will be presenting "NFPA 1033 Meeting The Job Performance Requirements" from the Legal & Liability Risk Management Institute.
