We are incredibly thankful for our new partnership with Burlington! Today, their team celebrated the grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony, and Finch was honored to receive a generous $5,000 donation to support our teachers with classroom and student supplies.

Finch teachers… you are a BIG DEAL, and we’re so grateful for you!

We want to give a special announcement of new newest Falcon for the upcoming school year! Our new Assistant Principal, Ebonie Walls, is in her 3rd year at Reuben Johnson this year. She lives in McKinney with fiancé and maltipoo fur baby. She is a self-proclaimed homebody that loves lounging on the couch and watching movies but when the opportunity arises, she loves traveling, trying different restaurants, and hanging out with family. Ebonie is in her 9th year in education, and 3rd year in MISD. She has held the roles of Kindergarten and fifth grade teacher, Instructional Specialist and Coach, and a curriculum writer for all content areas. Ebonie believes that being an educator is one of the most fulfilling roles because of the life-long impact you have on so many lives and futures.
