When you read Spookley the Square Pumpkin, you have to follow it with an art project. Each student mixed their own orange paint, then cut their pumpkin into their chosen shape and added a face.

It’s lights out at preschool. Centers and art projects for the week are ready, books are pulled from the library and ready for the students tomorrow.

When you’re having too much fun playing with the students in centers and you forget to take pictures without their faces…..🤭

The Old Lady that swallowed a fly is one of our classroom favorites. The preschoolers love using the finger puppets to follow along with the song.

Check out this week’s lineup for choice time. Play dough number stamps, find a letter dot stamping, line tracing, farm sensory bin, apple roll and count and math puzzles.

Starting September off strong here at the Learning House!
For the first few weeks we use choice time to practice using our materials and putting them back in their place when finished playing. Now that we have that down, it’s time to start adding fun new materials to our centers.
