Did you know that in a severe bleeding emergency, minutes are the difference between life and death?

Severe bleeding can become fatal in under five minutes. That is often faster than the time it takes for emergency services to arrive. This makes Stop the Bleed training just as essential as CPR: especially in fast-paced environments like manufacturing, warehouses, and construction sites.

Our training focuses on practical, easy-to-learn skills like applying a tourniquet, wound packing, and direct pressure. It is about bridging that critical gap and giving your team the tools they need to act when every second counts. 🩸

Equipping your staff with these skills does more than just meet a requirement: it builds a safer, more prepared workplace where everyone feels ready to step in.

Summer is here and with it comes a critical update for every safety manager. OSHA recently extended the Heat National Emphasis Program through 2031 which means federal enforcement of heat safety is a long-term priority.

For teams in construction, manufacturing, and warehouses, heat isn't just uncomfortable : it is a serious workplace hazard. Protecting your crew goes beyond just providing water. It is about building a culture of acclimatization, recognizing early symptoms, and having a clear plan for rest and shade.

Heat illness is 100% preventable when your team knows what to look for. Are your supervisors and workers prepared to act if someone shows signs of heat exhaustion?

We help organizations strengthen their emergency preparedness with practical training that fits your specific environment.

Could you make it to your AED and back in under 3 minutes? ⏱️

When a cardiac emergency happens, every second counts. We call it the "3-Minute Sprint": the simple rule that if it takes more than three minutes to retrieve an AED and return to the person in need, that device is just too far away.

Is your facility truly prepared for a real-world emergency? 🏢

At Any Day CPR Training, we don’t just teach you how to use the equipment. We help you strategically map your workspace to ensure your lifesaving tools are exactly where they need to be when it matters most. From manufacturing floors to school hallways, we make sure your team is equipped to act fast.

CPR doesn't stop for naloxone.

With the 2026 naloxone algorithm updates, staying prepared means knowing that naloxone and CPR work better together. Naloxone is a miracle for reversing an opioid overdose, but it isn’t a substitute for the life-sustaining power of chest compressions.

If you suspect an overdose and the person is unresponsive, act fast. Start CPR while naloxone is being administered. Your hands provide the oxygen and circulation the body needs until the medication can take effect and emergency responders arrive.

We help your team master these high-stakes skills with modern, hands-on training that sticks. Don't wait for an emergency to find out if your team is ready.

When the sun goes down, safety stays on the clock.

Night shifts in manufacturing and warehousing face unique challenges. Skeleton crews often mean fewer people are on-site to respond during an emergency. This makes it even more critical for every team member to be trained in lifesaving skills.

Whether it is 2 AM or 2 PM, your team should feel empowered to act fast when it matters most. We bring the training directly to your floor to ensure your whole organization is prepared. We understand the rhythm of warehouse operations and work with your schedule to keep your people safe.

Seconds count when a heart stops. ❤️

Did you know that every minute passing without CPR reduces a person's survival chances by about 10%? While we have incredible emergency services, those first few minutes before they arrive are the most critical.

When a bystander steps in to start compressions, they can double or even triple the odds of someone walking home to their family. That’s a huge impact. This is exactly why workplace training matters so much: it turns a scary situation into a manageable one.

This wraps up our 5-part series on lifesaving skills. We hope you’ve felt more empowered to take that next step in your safety journey.

A certification card looks great in a wallet, but it won't help in an emergency if you don't have the confidence to use it.

We see it all the time: organizations checking a box for compliance while their teams still feel hesitant about actually stepping in. Compliance is about meeting a requirement, but readiness is about having the muscle memory and confidence to act when it matters most.

At Any Day CPR Training, we focus on the hands-on experience that turns a trainee into a capable responder. Our goal isn't just to hand out pieces of paper. It's to make sure that if the moment ever comes, you and your team feel empowered and ready to step in.

Did you know the guidelines for helping a choking adult or child recently had a major update?

It’s called the 5 and 5 rule.

If someone is conscious but choking, the latest standard is to alternate between 5 back blows and 5 abdominal thrusts. You use the heel of your hand for the back blows between the shoulder blades, then move to abdominal thrusts just above the navel.

This "combination approach" is a key part of the 2025 AHA guideline updates. The goal is simple. Clear the airway as fast as possible to prevent the situation from becoming a cardiac emergency.

It’s a small change in technique but a huge boost in confidence when seconds count. We love sharing these updates because being prepared is about more than just a certificate. It’s about having the peace of mind to act when it matters most.

Eleven years ago, a work trip to Farmington Hills, Michigan changed everything.

It was a holiday weekend, and nearly everyone had already left the office. My flight was delayed, so I stayed at my desk a little longer than planned.

That delay likely saved my life.

I suffered a widow-maker heart attack. Marie was still there. She noticed something was wrong, stayed with me, and acted when I needed someone most. If not for Marie and that delayed flight, I would not be here to tell this story.

Eleven years later, I am still grateful for life, for Marie, and for every opportunity to help someone else be ready.

That day is part of why Any Day CPR Training exists. Emergencies do not wait for the right time, the right place, or the right people to be nearby. But when someone has the confidence to step in, they can make all the difference.

My mission is simple. Help more people become the person who knows what to do when it matters most.

Today, I am celebrating 11 more years of life. ❤️
