The Webb Garden got a major refresh yesterday! Huge thanks to Bruce Mead, Sharon Sovereign, Dr. Jeff Cranmore, and the many volunteers who answered Volunteer McKinney’s call. We’re excited to see our students’ excitement on Monday!

The garden is planted! The Webb Elementary family was incredibly blessed to have Preston Trail Community Church (Frisco campus) members join us to get the Webb Garden ready and planted for Spring. A huge thank you to SMC Landcare for their massive contribution and guidance. The kids will return Monday with a garden ready for their nurturing!

It’s been six months since “day one” of the garden project. The garden is full of life on a daily basis with students, plants, and insects. Although it was a tough growing season with record heat well into October and zero rain fall, the Webb garden will produce some edible veggies soon.
