Our Orchestras have been building musicians, growing strong, and winning awards in North Texas ever since!

Tonight is our Winter Concert! The students have been working so hard and we would love to see you there supporting them! The concert starts at 6 and the call time for our students is 5:30!

Beginner Informance went AMAZING last night with our students plucking away, showing thier families and friends how much they’ve learned! Parents even got the opportunity to be taught a song by their star students! Great job pupils, we are so proud!

The 2nd Annual MISD String Camp was a success! Our students learned so much last week and really impressed us with their growth over the course of just 4 days! Some students even left with huge candy bar prizes for going all out with their dress up days!

Honors did amazing at UIL yesterday and attained sweepstakes! We are so proud! This also means that all three groups received sweepstakes and got trophies to show for it! Well done to all of our amazing students for putting in the extra hours of practice to obtain this massive achievement!

Sinfonietta blew it out of the water today at UIL earning all 1’s on stage and all 1’s in sight reading! Mr. Powelson and I are so impressed with your constant attention to detail! So proud! Congratulations on your sweepstakes pupils, you deserve it!

We had so much fun performing at McClure, Wilmeth, Slaughter and Minshew Elementary Schools on Friday! The 5th graders were super excited to see fine arts display what we’ve got to offer!

This last weekend, Peyton Griggs, Avyakt Kalaghatagi, and Arrison Chin rehearsed and performed with each of their respective Region orchestras and put on a fabulous display of skill and musicality! We are so proud of the work that they put into the audition process, preparation of the selected pieces, and the concert.
We also want to say a huge thank you to the parents of these students for without your support, your student wouldn’t have had this amazing opportunity!
